Questions
Good to know
Should I rest my knee completely?
Rarely. Controlled movement and loading usually work better than rest.
Can I keep running?
Often yes, in an adapted form. We decide together what is responsible.
Do I need a referral?
Usually not: you can book an appointment directly. For long-term treatment, such as rehabilitation after surgery, a referral is required.
Is it reimbursed?
If you have supplementary insurance, the treatment is reimbursed, depending on your package. For certain chronic conditions, the basic insurance pays from the 21st treatment, with a referral. Read more under rates.
Ready to recover?
Send a WhatsApp message describing your complaint. You can usually come in within 24 hours.
